Celebrative & Reflective Worship
We will value being a "worshipping community" touching the heart of God as we celebrate and entertain His presence. We value people who are seeking to find God. (John 4:23; 12:32)
Maturing People Through Spiritual Formation and Biblical Instruction
We will teach people how to be truly spiritual followers of Jesus Christ and how to mature in their relationship with Him. (Acts 20:20; 2 Timothy 2:1-15)
Mobilizing People Through Spiritual Gifting
We will equip each of our members to become fulfilled followers of Jesus Christ and servants to His people by teaching them how to discover, develop and use their spiritual gift(s). We will strive to equip every member to serve others. (Rom 12:5-6; Ephesians 4:8, 11-16)
Caring For People Through Fellowship in Community Groups
We will share our faith, joy and life in Jesus Christ with each other and those we are leading to Christ regularly by shepherding, counseling and training our people through small groups. We believe that life-change happens best in community groups. (Acts 2:42-47; 20:20)
Meeting Needs Through Love, Acceptance, Forgiveness and Truth
We will embrace and attempt to meet the need for support and recovery for those with harmful addictions. We care for the spiritually and physically needy so that their needs are met in the name of Jesus Christ. We are a community of "bringers and includers"where people can "belong before they believe". All our ministries will genuinely welcome new people. (John 13:34-35; Rom 15:7)
Outreach With and Through the Good News of Jesus Christ
We will exercise sensitivity to the spiritual needs in people's individual lives as we extend God's love and hope through the message of salvation in Jesus Christ to all the people we reach. (Matthew 28:18-20)
Target Ministries to the Whole Person
We will deliberately reach out to those with "felt needs" through special events and seminars touching the lives of people socially, emotionally and spiritually. (Matthew 25:34-40)
Church Planting
We will extend the scope of spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ by developing leaders and pioneers who we will commission to plant new churches in our city, county and around the world. (Acts 1:8)
